Planning, Design and
Consultation
IOS's Design Team utilizes Giza 3-D Office Design Software in conjunction
with GIZA Specifier to provide detailed furniture plans and specifications.
Services include space planning, design development, implementation,
and workplace performance consulting.
Project Management
IOS's Project Management Team works with our clients, installation
teams, designers, voice and data professionals and construction
personnel to assure timely and effective completion of all moves
and installations. We schedule, manage and arrange all aspects of
your furniture delivery and installation working in conjunction
with all trades.
Installation
IOS uses a full time factory certified installation and delivery
team. IOS also has contracts with leading installation teams all
over the United States to deliver furniture outside of Ohio. Our
services include installation, delivery of new product, reconfiguring
of existing product, and blending old product with new.
Leasing Services
FlexLease from GF Office Furniture is a leasing program offered
by Innovative Office Solutions through GF. With FlexLease, multiple
lines of office furnishings may be financed including computers,
telephones, office equipment, and fixtures. Flexible terms allow
you to make a one-time purchase or to periodically acquire furniture
and furnishings without renegotiating. 100% of the purchase cost
can be financed; there is no down payment and no prepayment costs.
Commercial Moving
IOS has a team of professional movers who are knowledgeable in all
commercial moving procedures. They are skilled in the safe and efficient
operation of the specialized moving equipment that is needed to
perform today's complex commercial relocations. It is the team effort
of our supervisory and management staff that enables us to coordinate
and direct a work force that is dedicated to providing you with
a smart and economical relocation.

or several large trucks and our specialized handling equipment,
IOS is able to provide the proper equipment.
A commercial move is no better than the depth of planning
it receives well in advance of the move. Therefore, our coordination
team devotes considerable time pre-planning and scheduling your
relocation to assure a move that is tailored to your company's special
circumstances. Coordination includes scheduling of all phases and
aspects of the move, i.e. crew sizes, shifts, equipment, packing
and labeling of furnishings, and contents, on-site supervision,
safety measures, and scores of other pertinent topics.
